Upon logging in and accessing the platform and related services as provided by Kobliat (Pty) Ltd ("Kobliat Services"), you ("you" or the "user") warrant that you are duly authorised to access the Kobliat Services provided to Kobliat's Client (the "Client").

You further warrant, indemnify and hold Kobliat harmless from and against all and any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Kobliat Services, including but not limited to:

1. Your inappropriate use of and access to the product and/or any other services provided by Kobliat to its Client,
2. Your violation of any term of any communication, data and privacy laws that govern the jurisdiction applicable to you,
3. Your violation of any term of any applicable privacy policy, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement or otherwise of the Client,
4. Your violation of any third-party right, including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property or privacy right, or
5. Any claim that you have committed a breach of confidential information, proven or otherwise, which has consequently caused damage to a third party.
